To block your charge card, open the Shell App, tap ‘More’, then ‘Charge Cards’. Select the card you want to block, tap ‘Report a problem’, and then ‘Block card’.
If you think your card is damaged, first check that public charging is activated for this card and that your bank details are linked to it.
